電動機本身造成(cheng)過熱的因素說明(ming)
1.電機繞組(zu)開路(lu)
當電(dian)(dian)動機繞組中有相繞組開路或并聯支路中有支路時,三相電(dian)(dian)流不平(ping)衡,電(dian)(dian)動機過(guo)熱。
2.電機繞組短(duan)路
當電(dian)機(ji)繞組發生短(duan)(duan)路(lu)故障時,短(duan)(duan)路(lu)電(dian)流(liu)遠遠大于正(zheng)常工作電(dian)流(liu),增加了繞組的銅損,導(dao)致繞組過熱(re)甚至燒毀。
3.電機連接(jie)錯誤
當三角形連接(jie)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)誤接(jie)成星形時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)仍在滿負(fu)荷運行(xing),流(liu)(liu)過(guo)定子繞(rao)組的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)應超過(guo)額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),甚至使電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)自行(xing)停機(ji)(ji)。如果停機(ji)(ji)時間稍長(chang),不(bu)切斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,繞(rao)組不(bu)僅(jin)會嚴(yan)重過(guo)熱,還會燒(shao)壞。
星形電動(dong)機錯接(jie)成三角形,或多個線圈串接(jie)成支路電動(dong)機錯接(jie)成兩個支路并聯時,繞(rao)組和鐵芯會(hui)過熱,嚴重時會(hui)燒(shao)毀繞(rao)組。
4.電機連接錯誤
當線(xian)圈(quan)、線(xian)圈(quan)組(zu)或(huo)相(xiang)繞組(zu)組(zu)反向連接時(shi),三相(xiang)電(dian)流將嚴重不平衡(heng),繞組(zu)將過熱。
5.電(dian)機機械(xie)故障
當電(dian)機(ji)軸彎曲(qu)、裝配不良、軸承故(gu)障等情況(kuang)下,電(dian)機(ji)電(dian)流增大(da),銅損(sun)耗和(he)機(ji)械摩擦損(sun)耗增大(da),電(dian)機(ji)過熱。
