重慶電(dian)動機(ji)運行(xing)時溫升過高。可(ke)按以(yi)下幾方面進行(xing)檢查和處(chu)理。
1.過載(zai)運(yun)行引起溫(wen)升(sheng)過高。若經檢查確定溫(wen)升(sheng)過高是(shi)由拖動機(ji)械皮(pi)帶太緊和轉(zhuan)軸運(yun)轉(zhuan)不靈(ling)(ling)活引起,應會同機(ji)械維(wei)修人(ren)員適當地放(fang)松皮(pi)帶,拆檢機(ji)械設備,使轉(zhuan)軸靈(ling)(ling)活,并應保持在額(e)定負載(zai)狀態下運(yun)行。
2.工(gong)作環(huan)境(jing)惡劣引起溫(wen)升過高。此時可搭簡易涼棚遮陰或用鼓風(feng)機,風(feng)扇吹風(feng)。同(tong)時更應注意清除電動(dong)機本(ben)身(shen)風(feng)道的(de)油(you)污及灰塵,以改善自冷(leng)條件。
3.重慶電(dian)動(dong)機運(yun)行故障(zhang)造成溫(wen)升(sheng)(sheng)過高。電(dian)動(dong)機繞(rao)組(zu)有(you)匝(za)間短(duan)路及接地存(cun)在,或者因軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)運(yun)行中(zhong)損壞,均會引(yin)起(qi)局部(bu)溫(wen)升(sheng)(sheng)過高。這時打開(kai)電(dian)動(dong)機,目視鼻聞,有(you)否燒焦。手摸,比較溫(wen)度,找(zhao)出短(duan)路處,分開(kai)短(duan)路部(bu)分。軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)損壞可更(geng)換軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)。
4.由于鼠(shu)籠(long)轉(zhuan)子導條斷裂、開(kai)焊造成的溫升過高(gao),對電(dian)機轉(zhuan)子處理后投入(ru)運行。
5.此(ci)外,重(zhong)慶電動(dong)機溫(wen)升過高還與電動(dong)機電壓過高或過低有關。
6.重新繞制(zhi)(zhi)的電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機,由于繞制(zhi)(zhi)參數變化也可(ke)能會造成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機在試運(yun)行時就發熱。此時可(ke)測量電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機的三相空載電(dian)(dian)流,若大于額定(ding)值,則說(shuo)明匝數不夠(gou),應予增加。
7.正(zheng)反轉頻繁(fan)或起(qi)動(dong)次(ci)數(shu)(shu)過(guo)(guo)多(duo)也可引起(qi)電機溫升過(guo)(guo)高,這時應(ying)減少(shao)電機正(zheng)反轉和起(qi)動(dong)次(ci)數(shu)(shu),或改用其他類型的電動(dong)機。
